All orders received are subject to
acceptance by Florela LLP and we reserve the right to reject any
order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will
refund or cancel any payments received via the payment method used
to place the order.
All prices includes VAT, next day
delivery, packaging and all other charges such as credit card
processing fee.
Changes to your order must

accommodate any changes if possible. We will not however be able to

In some circumstances Florela
reserves the right to dispatch orders up to one day ahead of the
required despatch date, for example during extremely busy periods or
bank holidays, to try to ensure the orders will arrive on time
Payment problems can rarely occur.
Make sure you payment has been accepted and confirmed. In case of us
receiving an order with an incorrect or incomplete payment details
we will contact you by phone. In case of us being unable to contact
we may not be able to arrange for the payment to be taken prior to
the requested delivery date. As this is outside our control we
regret that we cannot offer any form of compensation in these
situations.
Product Availability and
Substitution
From time to
time there may be difficulty to source particular flower or foliage
as those are subject to availability from the flower auctions in
Holland that we are using.
In such case
the particular item may be substituted with item of similar style and
equivalent or higher value. In case of significant changes we will
try contact you by phone or email.
Similarly the
colour of pictured flowers may vary from the actual flowers used.
Other sundries
on sale may change without notice.
Same Day Flowers
This
product is delivered by local florists and due to availability of individual
stems may vary from those in the picture.
Our professional florist may substitute flowers for a suitable alternative,
similar in style, quality and value.
Where flower designs include a sundry item such as a basket it may not always
be possible for our florists to include the exact item pictured.
Every effort will be taken to ensure that the item is substituted for a similar
design.
Occasionally special offers or
discounts will be available on some of our products on the website.
In this case we regret that we are unable to apply those to
purchases that have already been made.
We reserve the right to introduce
or withdraw any special offer at any time without notice.

We do our absolute best to ensure all flowers and gifts reach the recipient in top condition. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the product or service provided by Florela please write to us on sales@florela.co.uk or alternatively call us on 01753 586 393. We do offer 100% satisfaction guarantee, however if your complaint relates to the condition of the flowers it may be necessary for you to return the flowers purchased.
Should a small gift arrive damaged or be missing from the order we will be happy to refund the value of this item. In the rare case of flowers arriving damaged or failing to turn up due to unforseen delivery problems we can either resend or arrange for partial or full refund depending on the circumstances. In the case of flowers being damaged we will require a photograph or the flowers to be returned. If complaint is valid the order will be either offer partial or full refunded or
replacement will be dispatched the next working day without hesitation.
If we suspect that there may have been an abuse of our 100% Satisfaction Policy we reserve the right not to resend or no to offer a refund.

Selling Directive 2000 your order can be cancelled without reason
within 7 working days of delivery and return in unused and “as
new” condition to 55 London Road, Datchet, SL3 9JY. The sender will be liable for any postal charges.
