OUR FLOWERS

Delivered as pictured? Yes!

Florela Flower Arrangements are all design by our skilled Head Florist and all pictures on the website are done by us at the premisses to ensure that what you see is exactly what you get! Our team of florists is well trained to ensure all bouquets are build exactly as pictured.

Why Choose Our Flowers ?

  • Our flowers are bought directly from auction houses in Holland. These flowers are often picked, auctioned and delivered the same day to be dispatched to our customers as fresh as possible.

  • All our flowers are stored in chilled room and are cut, prepared and arranged to bouquets by our team of professional florists.

  • Florela flowers are dispatched in specially designed delivery boxes made from robust recycled materials that separate the bouquets from any other items in the box. Our flowers are of course carefully wrapped but also secured in the centre of the box to minimise contact with the box walls. This is to ensure that flowers will arrive in top condition.

  • To ensure our Florela flowers have plenty of water while being transported the stems are wrapped in fleece like material soaked in flower food solution before being wrapped in film. This is far better method that adding water to the parcel that often spills causing damages to the box, flowers and other items inside.

Personal Greeting Card

Please note that you message shouldn't have more then 200 characters as this is the limitation of the greetings card while being printed.


ORDERING / DELIVERY

Payment / Security

All mayor credit and debit cards are accepted and All payments are processed by PayPal.

PayPal uses cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and other advanced techniques to improve security.


Delivery Dates

Please refer to full delivery terms and conditions.


Changes / Cancellations

Changes to your order must be done by phone. Please call 01753 586 393 to make necessary changes. We will do our best to accommodate any changes if possible. We will not be able however to modify orders that has already been packed or dispatched.

If you wish to cancel your order make sure that its done no later then 48 hours prior to delivery date. Please call 01753 586 393 or email us on Sales@florela.co.uk to cancel your order.


Weekend deliveries

Regretfully Deliveries do not happen on Sundays. Only Special Delivery parcels can be guaranteed on Saturdays. Please consult Delivery Terms and Conditions


Delivery Times

Deliveries are done between 8am and 6pm. Special Deliveries are Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day and Saturday.


Postal Charges

Florela delivers for free, alternatively you can option for Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm for small charge of £4.95


Privacy

Here at Florela we do respect your privacy. We will never share your personal detail with 3rd parties and all unnecessary documents and correspondence will be dealt with appropriately.

Also, we never disclose the order origin to the recipient.

Wrong Order Received ?

In the unlikely event of the wrong order being dispatched we will investigate and offer either re-delivery or full refund.
