DELIVERY Policy

• All Deliveries are recorded and must be signed for by the recipient. As parcels are sent to an address rather than an idividual this may not be the person named on the address label.
  
  
• All parcels are sent by Recorded Delivery for no extra cost to you. Estimated 95% of all parcels are delivered the next working day however this cannot be guaranteed with free delivery. Please allow up to 2 working days for the parcel to be delivered. For time sensitive orders please use our Special Delivery Service that Florela offers for a small surcharge. Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next day and also offers online tracking. (excluding sundays and bank holidays)  Please use Special Delivery Service for time sensitive orders.

• In the even to non-delivery our customers are entitled to refund or re-delivery. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!
  

• Please note that for your Flowers to be dispatched the same day we must receive your order no later then 4:30pm. All orders received after this time will be posted the following working day.

• Please note that orders received after 4:30pm will be dispatched the following working day.
  Orders received after 4:30pm on Friday will be dispatche the following working day.
  
  
• Deliveries can take place up to 5pm Monday to Friday and up to 1pm on Saturday.
  
  
• Please remember that we cannot deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year Day.
  
  
• Florela reserves the right to deliver orders up to one day ahead of the required delivery date with Free Delivery, for example during busy periods, over weekends and bank holidays or time sensitive occassions such as Birthday and Anniversaries to ensure flowers will arrive on time.
  
  
• If no one is available to receive the delivery, card with information of how to proceed will be left by the delivery driver. When there is no one at the address to accept the parcel and card is left, this is not considered a non-delivery and we cannot be held responsible.
  

• In case of a delivery refusal or if an incorrect postal address was given by you with your order, Florela will not be held responsible and refund will not be considered.
  
  
• Deliveries of Flowers to hospitals are often restricted due to Health and Safety Regulations. Please check with particular institution before making a purchase.
  

Force Majeure

Neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances to include but not be limited to any adverse weather conditions - such as snow, flood, extreme winds, fire, explosion, accident,  traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike .
