red rose to cheer her up as it would have been her wedding anniversary on
the 24th August, she was so pleased with the flower that was sent, in

I needed some nice flowers for a wedding anniversary so it was a good timing. I bought a nice bouquet and requested a photo of the flowers which was sent to me before dispatch. I though this was a great idea! As for the flowers they were delivered well presented, on time and made a big impression. What else could I ask for? Great no fuss service! I was surprised the delivery went so quickly (the beneficiary was so excited by the quality and size of the bouquet she called straight away). Since then I used the website on several more occasions, birth, retiring staff, sick colleague. Everytime there has been just the right balance for the purpose sought. Even the snow in January didn't manage to delay the parcel though the person was blocked at home by the weather! She was so surprised and pleased on her birthday... The staff has been very helpful whenever I needed customised service. They called me on the very day of the ordering and advised me regarding taste without any price increase! I keep looking on other options when I have a special occasion but I'm always browsing back to this one, evrything else seems not quite as good on every aspect. They also have a lovely personal touch. Sending photos of your flowers is such a great idea - I ordered this morning and the flowers arrived very quickly (as they promised) - I can safely say they have got me as a loyal customer now. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ 26 March 2010 I ordered flowers for my Mum on the Saturday - with no specific date in mind. They were dispatched on the Monday evening but no delivered until the wednesday when she was out. She collected them on the Thursday, but said how lovely they were. They were very thirsty, but once the stems were cut and given water she said they were fantastic. I have used another company in the pas, who at first were very good, but more recently the flowers have been sparse and dissapointing. This time, mum was moved to tears they were so beautiful. During the wait I phoned Florela who were very pleasant and helpful, keeping me in the loop of when the card was left. Their customer service has been 2nd to none. I have had some bad experiences in the past with Interflora so was keen to try a different company and I'm so glad that I did. The service was first class and the bouquet of flowers absolutely stunning. The flowers were beautifully packaged and so very fresh, in fact my mother only called me last night, one week on from Mothering Sunday, to say how beautiful the flowers still were. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Florela, they exceeeded my expectations on every level. Flower delivery is not easy but they've got it absolutely right. Well done. flowers were wonderful. Mum called me on Saturday to say they were beautiful the best she'd ever received, better than Martin Crossly! She explained she had to ask dad to get them out of the box as they were very well secured in the box
will black and pink tissue paper around the bouquet. She was also impressed
the flowers had wire around the stems to ensure they weren't damaged. As for the card with the message on...this was also very well
presented, she said 10/10 and to thank you very much for recommending Florela

The flowers were ordered late on Wednesday night and
arrived, as requested, on Friday afternoon. I have been thouroughly suprised
and delighted at the high quality of service from beginning to end with Florela and cannot recommend them highly enough! I had to call the company with a query
and was greeted warmly and helpfully, payment was quick and easy through PayPal, I requested a photo of my order which was delivery promptly, and most importantly, upon delivery my partner was so delighted that she cried! I will

Tracy, Blog Comment _____________________________________________________________________________ 30 Nov 2009 I spotted a Florela Advert on Facebook with a photo of the most beautiful bouquet of flowers - coincidentally some close friends of mine had just got engaged that day and so I clicked on the advert to see if they were competitive as I wanted to send some flowers with my congratulations. The Florela website is far easier to navigate than other online Florists and, I must say, cheaper. Even the quality of additional extras available (choccies, teddies, balloons etc) were good and different to others I'd seen. I settled on a big "Red Square" Bouquet of flowers, gorgeous and slightly unusual compared to what's normally on offer from the bigger florists... I loved the box of chocolates too - looked so cute in a little special box with ribbon round it and seemed really good value. The website offered PayPal payment (always good! - saves all the form-filling and also you know it's a secure payment method). I received an emailed receipt and, shortly after, a personal email from Florela explaining that the delivery date I had chosen would be difficult (as I'd ordered on a Sunday and wanted a Monday delivery) and there wouldn't be time to make the flowers to delivery early Monday morning and asking could I change to a Tuesday delivery. I didn't mind at all, infact, I was quite pleased that the company contacted me as otherwise I'd have worried if they weren't delivered. I thought that was great communication on their part - other companies wouldn't have bothered to let me know. The flowers were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! So much so that the happy couple took a photo and texted it to me on my phone... Ah! I'm so pleased!!! You can really tell they've been arranged by someone who genuinely cares about the order. I don't think those gorgeous choccies will last very long in their house but I'm hoping they will both save me one for when I visit for a brew on Friday!!! I've bookmarked the Florela website and have emailed them to tell me when they have a Facebook group set up so I can share it with my friends, especially considering Xmas is coming up soon... definitely value for money.
